The Warren Hills Community Coalition (WHCC) delivers prevention education, awareness campaigns, and initiatives throughout the Warren Hills sending districts from grades 5th– 12th. The goal is to reduce the prevalence of substance use among youth and increase an understanding of the dangers associated with substance use.
